We cannot manipulate any data as we use a rental panel. Refunds and refills follow strict rules. We've been in this business since 2017 and running this website since 2019. You can trust us — your money is 100% safe. We also run other panels along with smm-panel.vip.

Important Rules:

1. Don't place multiple orders for the same link at the same time. Wait until the first one is completed, canceled, or partially completed. Otherwise, no refund or refill will be provided.

2. If your order drops, wait for us to refill, cancel, or partially refund. Don't place a new order before that. We won’t refund in such cases.

3. The system tracks the starting count when you order. If traffic comes from other sources (like fans or other sellers), we can't cancel or refund.

4. After placing an order:

URLs cannot be edited.

No refund/refill if you delete or privatize the page/account/video, change the username, or if the account gets closed.

If you had existing followers/likes/views before ordering and they drop, we can't refund or refill.

No refill if the traffic drops after the order is marked as complete.

If you switch between drop and non-drop servers, no refill will be given.

Cancellation is possible only if the system allows it.

5. Please allow 1 to 10 days for issue resolution if there's a problem with your order.

6. Partial refund is final. If traffic drops after that, we cannot refill or refund.

7. No support for drip-feed service orders (no cancel/refill/refund possible).

8. Check the order status daily. We may remove status updates after a few days.

9. For watch time issues, send analytics screenshots via WhatsApp or the ticket system.
